Hannah Thompson

Hannah Thompson is a Senior Consultant with The Futures Group. She has over 30 years’ consulting and leadership experience within the private and public sector in Western Australia. Hannah specialises in public sector recruitment and selection. Consulting to a broad range of state government departments, Hannah has recruited for public sector roles since 2002.

Hannah has extensive experience in human resources, change management and organisational strategy development, organisation and job design, workforce planning and executive search and recruitment.

She has assisted clients in managing large change projects and establishing new functions and divisions. Hannah has led strategic reviews to assess efficiency of organisational structure and realign work.

Hannah has managed strategic and organisational change, internal and national recruitment centres and significant global recruitment campaigns. Hannah has an extensive background in consulting across a broad range of sectors. Her experience also includes working for a global IT company and managing outsourced recruitment centres for multinational companies.
