Provided a range of support to a mid-level specialist policy team following a restructure. This support involved:

• individual coaching;
• workshops focusing on the impact of change and resilience and how to influence and network;
• self-assessment exercises;
• applying for positions and feedback.

All individuals in the group successfully gained for other positions.
